Dear sisters and brothers,
It is indeed a source of great joy and pride for me to speak to you while carrying the responsibility of one of the most prestigious and important centers for research and training in our beloved country, through which Yarmouk University offers its best expertise and the fruits of its dedication and excellence in pursuit of national interests.
The Queen Rania Center for Jordanian Studies and Community Service carries the messages of its two centers, "Jordanian Studies" and "Consultation and Community Service," which emerged from their merger in 2006. The center bears the responsibility of understanding Jordan's history and its cultural and intellectual heritage, as well as caring for them. On the other hand, it has the task of understanding, analyzing, and studying the current reality of Jordan, providing solutions to its problems and challenges, in addition to anticipating its future and contributing to its planning for the service of the nation and the homeland. The center is also concerned with continuously examining the developmental, rehabilitative, and knowledge-based needs of all sectors of Jordanian society and working to provide them, utilizing the qualified talents and staff at Yarmouk University, as well as the partnerships that the university builds with both the public and private sectors and other relevant entities, both domestically and internationally.
Director of the Queen Rania Center for Jordanian Studies and Community Service.
